About John Edmonds Kozma

John Edmonds Kozma is an entrepreneur, entertainment executive, author, podcast host, and thought leader with more than 20 years of experience building talent, audiences, and media brands. As founder and CEO of Bang Productions, he pioneered a social-media-driven model that helped reshape the modern comedy industry. In 2016, John signed Darren Knight, known as Southern Momma, and helped accelerate his rise from regional performer to the nationally recognized Just for Laughs comedy festival in only two years—an achievement that traditionally takes performers a decade or longer. His work has also contributed to the growth of entertainers such as Ginger Billy and includes collaborations with Nick Cassavetes, Claudia Katz, Armin van Buuren, Travis Pastrana, and other prominent creative professionals.

John is the host of the Unimpressed Podcast, where he examines the nonconscious forces that influence human behavior, identity, relationships, and personal transformation. His conversations are informed by the belief that humanity is interconnected through the Quantum Field and by his commitment to exploring life with greater awareness and less bias. He is also the author of Finding a Perfect Audience, a relationship-centered system that helps businesses move beyond conventional marketing and build genuine, lasting connections with the people they serve.

A graduate of Charleston Southern University, John played collegiate baseball while earning a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics. His work brings together entertainment, entrepreneurship, spirituality, and personal growth, reflecting a lifelong interest in challenging conventional thinking and creating meaningful impact.
